Cell Phone Waiting Lot
Drivers collecting arriving passengers can stage for free at the cell phone waiting lot on the southwest corner of Belvedere Road and Florida Mango Road. Motorists wait with their vehicles there and proceed to the terminal curb once the arriving passenger is ready. No fee applies, which makes it the practical alternative to circling the terminal loop.
Rules for Parking at PBI
The county-run Palm Beach International parking system follows these rules at every location:
- Maximum stay of 30 days. Vehicles parked longer are treated as abandoned and towed at the owner's expense. For stays beyond 30 days, contact the Parking Office at (561) 471-7459 in advance.
- Lost tickets are charged the applicable daily maximum for every 24 hours or part of it.
- Vehicles that occupy more than one space, such as large trucks or cars towing trailers, pay for each space used. Commercial vehicles and fifth-wheel trailers are not permitted.
- Accessible parking is available throughout the garage at standard rates. In the Economy Lot, vehicles displaying a blue disabled placard pay a flat $8 per day, with designated spaces near bus stops 6 and 7. Free parking is limited to Florida Disabled Veteran plates or vehicles with specialised equipment such as ramps and lifts.
- Payments are accepted by credit card at all facilities, cash where a cashier is present, and SunPass Plus at dedicated entry and exit lanes.
- Standard rates apply during hurricane and tropical storm events, and the garages do not serve as vehicle storage during these periods.
